The Grid is a (free) weekly mindfulness game that required you to reflect on your day and account of how your took care of yourself in certain areas. Not only does playing The Grid promote presence, intentionalitiy and gratitude into your day-to-day life, but offers a chance to connect with others on a similar path through our dedicated online groups and forums.

 

To play, screenshot or download an image of The Grid onto your phone or mobile device. At the end of each day, inset an emoji into the square of each category that encapsulates your approach to that aspect. For example, in the "Movement" row, you might add the "running" emoji if you went for a run that day, weightlifting emoji, a sport emoji, ect...

 

On the line at the bottom of the page, write one thing that you feel grateful for that you experienced that day.

 

Each Sunday, we will all post a screenshot of our completed Grids and take a moment to establish our intention for the following week in The Grid Forum at lucidtonix.com.

 

All in all, this is a free habit tracker that is designed to help us all shed a little more light on how we spend our time and connect in a healthy, inspiring way.
